To enable this feature, there are server-side configuration (CUPS/Exchange) and client side configuration(CUPC). When your calendar status is 'busy' in calendar, CUPC will display your status as 'in a meeting'. Cisco Unified Presence Server (CUPS) has the capability to retrieve calendar (Exchange) status and populate to clients (CUPC).
